ORBITAL SCOPE

Engineering, Design and Supply & installation of complete Package Including Supply & Installation of 2 nos. of 700 Cu. Mtr GLS Tank, Associated Piping works, equipment Erection like Pumps and filters and blowers and related electrical and Instrumentation activities. The project includes erection and commissioning of 3 KM of HDPE piping for bringing in Sewage from existing smaller STPs and transfer of raw water to evaporations ponds. Design and supply of STP equipments are from AES Arabia, Riyadh.

The Scope also Includes the Construction of foundation for the tanks and the construction of Control building. The complete electromechanical and Instrumentation Part of the Job was under taken by Orbital.

The Sewage Treatment Plant is designed to handle 1,400 cum. of domestic raw sewage per day. Raw sewage is collected from the existing PDO/contractors camp and waste from accommodations, offices and kitchens. The wastes are collected in existing lift stations and transferred to equalization tanks of new STP through pumping mains. The scope of work include design, engineering, preparation of submittal documents, supply of electromechanical equipments, installation and commissioning of equipments at PDO site in Qarn Alam and Fahud.

ORBITAL SCOPE

Engineering, Design and Fabrication of the required plant including Supply & Installation of  Equalization Tank and Treated Water Tank. Design and installation of Sewage Collection lines from two existing camps  including necessary trenching and HDPE line installations. All civil work related to Plant foundations, fencing and necessary foundations at site and relocation of the existing STP to new location. Installation and commissioning of Sewage Transfer Pump. The scope includes Installation and commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment, Site preparation and any earthworks or excavation.

Orbital scope includes Three (3) years operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plant. 

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The specification covers the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a 1 x 100 Cum/day SKID MOUNTED MOBILE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT (STP) and associated equipment (Pumps, blowers, carbon steel tanks and filters) at Daleel Production Station (DPS). Installation for the STP Package and associated equipment along with associated Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation work and Management of the Project.
