Scope includes design, engineering, manufacture, supply of materials, fabrication, assembly, inspection, testing, certification, painting, packing, shipment / transportation, delivery to site and proper functioning of the individual equipment as well as chemical injection skid packages listed below for a period of 4+1 Year.

SUPPLY OF CHEMICAL INJECTION SKID PACKAGE (PORTABLE & FIXED)

ORBITAL SCOPE

Scope Includes Design, Supply complete, assembled and tested 4 different type of chemical injection skid packages Listed Below

• 7 no. of Portable Hydrate Inhibitor Skids along with Truck / Trailer and Each skid shall be suitable for mounting on the Truck / ISO tanker / Trailer.

• 2 nos. of Portable Wax Inhibitor Skids along with Truck / Trailer and Each skid shall be suitable for mounting on the Truck / ISO tanker / Trailer.

• 2 nos. of Portable Scale Inhibitor Skids along with Truck / Trailer and Each skid shall be suitable for mounting on the Truck / ISO tanker / Trailer.

• 1 no. of Portable corrosion inhibitor skid along with Truck / Trailer and Each skid shall be suitable for mounting on the Truck / ISO tanker / Trailer.

• 1 no. of fixed corrosion inhibitor skid.

Each Skid Consists of Chemical Injection Pumps, Storage Tanks, Flow Meters, Transmitter, PLC Based LCP, Safety Showers, Valves etc.

ENGINEERING, PROCUREMENT & CONSTRUCTION OF CHEMICAL INJECTION SKID SEAL OIL PUMP PROJECT

ORBITAL SCOPE

Obital scope includes demolition of existing grade slab & foundations and construction of new skid foundations (6 Nos.) including non-shrink epoxy grouting after installing the new skids. Our scope also includes supply and installation of required pipe supports and foundations for cross over modifications and carried out the excavation for reopening the existing trench by demolition of grade slab and reinstating the same. Total scope includes Design, Engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning of six numbers of chemical injection skids & augmentation of a new seal oil pump connecting with the existing pump facility. We have also completed the installation of VFD panels, cabling for instruments etc.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Oman Refinery and Petrochemical Company is setting up a six number of Chemical Injection Skid and augmentation of Seal oil pump with complete engineering, installation and commissioning at Mina Al Fahal Refinery, Muscat.
