Punjlloyd was executing the Engineering, procurement and construction of this project of Oman gas Company S.A.O.C. The scope of work in the above contract includes all activities necessary and required in and for the completion of instrumentation works, testing and pre-commissioning of the block valve stations.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

ORPC Co-Generation Power plant is a power facility to provide clean and reliable energy to the refinery and its customers. This facility also ensures the reliable supply of steam, desalinated water, process water and instrument air to the refining units.

The project includes 2x25 MW Gas Turbine, 2x100 TPH HRSG, Supplementary Firing Aux. Boiler, Desalination Plant, Polishing Plant, Fuel Gas Conditioning, Warehouse Re-location etc.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Haya water responsible for the waste management in sultanate’s capital, is supporting the development of the nation by implementing the Muscat wastewater master plan in the Governorate of Muscat. A’seeb waste water project is a primary element of Muscat wastewater master plan. There is  wastewater treatment plant, 3 nos of main pumping stations, recycled water facilities at Al-Khoudh & Al-Mobellah as part of this project. The plant designed to treat 80,000 cubic meters of sewage waste water per day. The plant utilizes special technology known as Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) process and ultra-filtration. The process selection was done based on available processes in international market. The main Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) unit will be located at Seeb about 45 km from Muscat. The STP will be designed to have odorless treated water output which will be mainly used for irrigation purposes.

• Installation of 415v LV Panels & MCC Panels (Make: ABB & Schneider)

• Installation of UPS System, Battery Chargers & Battery Racks (10 nos)

• Installation of different type of DBs’, Isolators etc.

• Laying of Power & Control cables (Approximately 1,015 Runs)

• Glanding & Termination of Power & Control cables (Approximately 10,200 termination points)

• Fabrication & Installation of Cable trays/Ladders (Both HDG & FRP type) & Conduits (Both GI & PVC)

• Fabrication, Painting & Installation of Structural Supports for cable trays/Ladders, Panels etc.
