The scope of work includes procurement, fabrication, erection, cleaning, testing, etc. of complete mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation and civil works and the associated activities for the installation of crude transfer pump.

Supply & Installation of 2 nos of new Gas Boots near Dehydration Tank. Demolition of existing 8" crude oil inlet lines to Dehydration tanks downstream of ESD valves. Construction of new 8" lines, from downstream of ESD valves to the new Gas Boots. Construction of new 8" vapours outlet lines from Gas Boots to the tie-in point near Atm. Flare Knock-out Vessel Demolition of the 4" lines up to the 4" ball valves from their present connection to oil inlet lines to tanks, at the downstream of ESD valves, and to connecting these lines at the upstream of the ESD valves, at the tie-in points. Connecting the new system with the existing system wherever required in order to take new system on line. Installation of piping supports and structures for the on-plot piping. Structural pipe supports and Structural platforms with RC foundations, etc. Construction of New Gas Boots Foundations. Pre-commissioning and commissioning of the new facility under this project.

ORBITAL SCOPE

The sope of work covers Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation installation at B-Block Station Facilities associated with the installation of following main equipment:• Relocation and Installation of 2 Nos Horizontal Pumps (P-1105/06) and its accessories (Pumps Control Panels, DG set, DG Tank, LV board, 3 nos chemical injection skids etc) from HESP area to B block and hook up to existing suction and discharge header at Tie-ins locations

Engineering, procurement, construction activities for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation works at On-plot B Block Gathering Station.

Supply, Calibration, Installation & loop checking of all the instruments including Control valves, PSD valves, Impulse tubing etc associated with the Project. Laying, glanding & Termination of the Electrical & Instrumentation cables etc. Supply and Installation of  DO analyzers, IO cards, Power supply units etc.
